Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities

1 Fully assist Head Architecture with base maps calculations, checks on tabs. Prepare formatted tables and charts of all design data. Examine in Auto Cadd the proposals received from consultants with respect to the byelaws.

2. Coordinate with Engineering officers on site to discuss any snag (if remains) to solve as a team, any problem related to design/ dimensions/delays/ dispatch of GFC drawings under instructions from Head Arch'.

3. List and Prepare a library with MDO of all "Classified" Documents related to Govt Policies; Land laws; Land use change, Bye laws for Statutory Sanctions from Municipal and other local Agencies such as KDA; Fire Deptt, PCB, MoEF, Jal Kal vibhag etc. The file must be periodically updated and weaned / seen by Head Arch'.

4. Liaison and office visits to the Government Agencies to file applications, explain proposals submitted. Computations and preparation of data sheets in required format for the approvals by the Statutory Agencies; And for the Marketing division.

5. Keep records of previous sanctions and approvals, Fee Paid, in exclusive files.

6. Preparation of all plans for all revisions, Completion plans and Sale plans for Registry of properties/Flats.
7. Providing support in drawing and drafting for in house preparation of project components.

Other Works:
i. Site visits for Location analysis and visual surveys, coordination with appointed
Physical / Field Surveyors for new and running schemes/projects.
ii. Verify and compare areas, distances, dimensions in drawings from site, capturing
photographs for documentation for running and proposed projects.
iii. Preparation of base maps, Google map readings and Drawings for Site Plans for new projects.
iv. Drafting works in preparation of drawings for Architectural proposals done in-house;
Development of sketch drawings suggested by Architect.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B.Arch (Minimum) from a reputed institute

Experience: 10 Years(Minimum)
