About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage social media platforms efficiently. As an on-site role, this position requires active collaboration with teams, students, and stakeholders to build a vibrant digital community and strengthen engagement.

Expectations:

- Develop and manage the social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

- Oversee and execute social media activities on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with planning support for YouTube content.

- Collaborate with departments to understand and fulfill their social media requirements.

- Coordinate with students to foster digital communities and enhance social engagement.

- Analyze social media performance metrics, create detailed reports, and provide insights for improvement.

- Maintain the aesthetic quality and branding of social media pages in collaboration with the design team.

- Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance online presence.

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Ability to ideate and execute creative campaigns to increase engagement.

- Experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain high-quality page design with design team support.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-campus environment.
