PPC Executive

Overall Responsibilities:

Production Planning, Scheduling, Material Planning, WIP, Raw Material Inventory Control, On Time Delivery to Customers.

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning activities.
• Develop production plan and Schedule according to Sales manager requirement.
• Determine production schedule based on available plant capacity, material, and manpower.
• Work on reducing process Cycle Time in department, Reduce Non-value-added activities, controlling Raw Material and WIP Inventory.
• Work on planning efficiency with evaluation of actual production outputs.
• Evaluate monthly delivery performance with respect to customer requirement and our commitment both.
• Use of ERP System for Material and Production Planning, Opening, and closing job card / Work Orders, issue of MRN, controlling Raw Material Stock etc.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Notify Sales / Customers on any delays and outages.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in new product development and enhancements.
• Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
• Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
• Responsible for managing inventory, WIP, Non-moving Inventory and controlling inventory.
• Responsible for the smooth flow of material and ensure accomplishment of order within a given deadline and Work-out & Establish the Order to Dispatch Lead Time.
• Assist in to working and evaluation on production capacity of machine and man.
