Store Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing inventory, and material usage.
• Receiving and Issuing Materials: Receive, store, and issue materials required for smooth production and support functions.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to ensure adequate supply.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards and compliance with regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of transactions, including invoices, receipts, and stock records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to streamline processes and optimize supply chain operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials.
• Physical Handling: Safely handle and move materials as per the requirement

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the HVAC&R engineering manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with inventory management, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Hindli speaking is preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Analytical thinking to analyze inventory data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, delivery delays, or customer complaints.

Work Environment: The work environment involves a combination of office and warehouse settings. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
