Job Description
- Develop weekly and monthly operational plans.
- Ensure accountability of delivery on the achievement of pre-defined outcomes.
- Lead implementation of the project on the field.
- Build relations with ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre, and Other Institutions and Industries.
- Coordinate with students from ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre, and Other Institutions to organize Interaction and Info-shop sessions.
- Mobilize students from institutions (ITIs, SDM, Polytechnic, Computer Centre) to provide short-term and long-term (Technical and Soft Skill training).
- Organize Apprenticeship and Rojgar Mela (Apprenticeship and Placement Event) at RWF Centre.
- Coordinate with Industries to register them on the NAPS Portal and create opportunities. Provide support in the hiring and onboarding process.
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as and when required.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in business, human resources, marketing, or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Apprenticeship and Placement sector.
- Prior experience of working with the district/ division will be preferred.
- Result orientation, effective leadership, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people from varied backgrounds and levels.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision.
- Possess good analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor market trends, industries, and business practices and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines.

- Operating style suited to working in a small organization setting, where teamwork and resourcefulness are highly valued.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Flexible in travel across the division.
