Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Standalone Financials and Cash Flow Statements, preferably in IRDAI format for GI companies.

- Review of Accounts (Variance analysis, ledger scrutiny) including Fixed Asset.

- Knowledge of Related Party reporting as per Ind AS and Companies Act.

- Reporting to Parent Company/external stakeholders.

- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing activities.

- Well Versed with Indian Accounting Standards.

- Knowledge of Ind AS will be an added advantage.
