Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
Location: Delhi
Reporting to: Business Head / Senior Management
Job Purpose / Overall Objective:
To manage and oversee the finance and accounts function for Brindco Group of Companies, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective reporting across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts Oversight:
- Oversee and manage the finance and accounts operations for Brindco Group of Companies.
- Review and sign regional agreements, ensuring financial feasibility and necessary approvals are in place.
Financial Reporting:
- Conduct Trial Balance reviews and prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Analyze MIS reports and collaborate with the Business Head to identify areas for improvement or resolve potential issues.
GST & Taxation:
- Handle monthly GST returns and manage assessments related to GST compliance.
Client Profitability & Asset Management:
- Prepare client-wise profitability reports for internal reviews.
- Oversee and manage the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate reporting.
Internal Audits & Stock Valuation:
- Conduct internal stock audits and manage stock valuation processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
MIS Consolidation:
- Consolidate MIS reports from all branches and coordinate with HODs to ensure timely submission and review.
- Consolidate Trial Balances and financial reports of all branches and share with senior management as needed.
Inter-Branch Coordination:
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of Bangalore and Non-Alcohol-related MIS with respective teams.
Team Support:
- Provide support to the team for resolving issues and facilitating smooth operations.
Debtors Management:
- Periodically review outstanding debtors and assist in collection efforts.
Taxation & Compliance Support:
- Assist with Finance MIS and compliance reports related to taxation and financial regulations.
Variance & Cash Discount Analysis:
- Prepare variance analysis reports for cash discounts to assess any discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Audit Support:
- Review and support specific audit areas when required by senior management or auditors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance and accounting management, particularly in a corporate environment.
- Expertise in GST, financial reporting, and MIS preparation.
- Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or similar relevant qualification.
- Experience in handling finance functions across multiple branches or regions.
