With one of our leading Conglomerate client we have an opportunity for Investor Relations role.

Key responsibilities attached to the role :

- Develop and maintain Company's Investor Relations plan

- Prepare and present a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation

- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function

- Regular Tracking of Stock Markets and updating the management on stock price and volume

- Regular updation of IR Portal with relevant documentations, IR insights, benchmarking, research and media reports

- Develop IR related communication tools namely presentations, annual reports.

- Continuous improvement of IR website by incorporating best practices followed in the Industry

- Interact & set up meetings with analysts/investors/brokers.
