Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Leverage expertise in the BFSI sector to attract and hire top talent.


- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs.


- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.


- Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

- Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive work culture.

- Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.

- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution of HR initiatives and operations.

- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.


- Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to guide recruitment strategies.


- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.


Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience.
