Chartered Accountant - Accounts & Finance/Taxation - FMCG/Retail/QSR/Hospitality (10-12 yrs)

Experience:.

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in accounts & finance and Taxation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in the catering, hospitality, QSR or Hotels especially with government clients, is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:.

- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts. Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and reports to aid decision-making.

- Strong knowledge of accounting processes, government contracts, and financial regulations.

- Expertise in SAP products and advanced proficiency in SAP.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities, with experience handling cross-functional teams.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
