Job Title: US IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented and motivated IT US Recruiter to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients in the United States.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and familiarity with US hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified IT professionals using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top IT talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and terms of employment with candidates.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in US staffing.
- In-depth knowledge of the US IT job market and visa/work authorization processes (H1B, Green Card).
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
