Job Overview :

- We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to support procurement digitalization initiatives by implementing and managing SAP Ariba solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ariba modules such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Sourcing, and Contracts.

- This role involves working closely with stakeholders to streamline procurement processes and deliver value through SAP Ariba capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba solutions across modules like Procure-to-Pay, Contracts, Sourcing, and Supplier Management.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Ariba solutions accordingly.

- Manage the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and other third-party systems.

Ariba Process Management :

- Configure workflows, catalogs, and templates to optimize procurement operations.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies through the implementation of appropriate controls and validations.

- Provide expertise in supplier enablement and onboarding within the Ariba Network.

System Support & Optimization :

- Monitor and resolve issues related to Ariba modules, ensuring smooth operations.

- Optimize Ariba performance by implementing best practices and regular system audits.

- Perform system upgrades and support testing of new features and functionalities.

Training & Documentation :

- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to maximize solution adoption.

- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of SAP Ariba implementation and support experience.

- Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following modules: P2P, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, or Ariba Network Integration.

- Experience in integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and Ariba best practices.

- Proficiency in configuring workflows, catalogs, templates, and supplier management tools.

- Familiarity with integration tools like CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) and Web Services.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- SAP Ariba certifications in relevant modules such as Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, or Supplier Management.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
