B2B Marketing Head - SaaS Product - US Market

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Head with a proven track record in SaaS marketing, particularly in the US market. This strategic role will focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B marketing, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead a team in executing impactful campaigns that resonate with a US-based audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy specifically tailored to drive growth in the US market.
2. Demand Generation: Lead end-to-end demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, content marketing, email, social media, and SEO, with a focus on qualified lead acquisition.
3. Brand Positioning: Establish and reinforce strong brand positioning to differentiate our SaaS product in a competitive US market.
4. Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's growth objectives and drive measurable results.
5. Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that addresses the pain points of our target audience, positioning us as thought leaders and trusted advisors.
6. Customer Engagement: Design initiatives to engage customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships to maximize customer retention and advocacy.
7. Data-Driven Analysis: Use data and analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and making data-informed recommendations.
8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing activities with company objectives and ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3+ years of experience in a senior role focusing on SaaS products in the US market. Must have US SaaS experience or B2B SaaS experience in India or any other country.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US B2B SaaS landscape, including customer segments, competitive environment, and industry trends.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns that have driven lead generation and revenue growth.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding high-performing marketing teams.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar).
• Content Expertise: Excellent storytelling and content development skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to a business audience.
• Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
