About the job:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and placing IT professionals within the banking and financial services sector,Service companies and product companies.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where speed and efficiency are paramount, while supporting prestigious banking clients across the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, banking technologies (including core banking systems, fintech innovations, and cybersecurity), and programming languages.
Familiarity with the Singapore market and the ability to recruit top-tier talent for staff augmentation or contract positions is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract IT professionals for short-term, contract, and project-based roles within the banking and financial services sector.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Leverage your understanding of the Singapore and APAC tech landscape to quickly identify qualified candidates for immediate and future opportunities.
- Establish relationships with industry-specific candidate networks to ensure a constant flow of top-tier talent.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive screenings to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, experience, and suitability for the specific demands of staff augmentation roles in banking technology.
- Lead in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical knowledge, and alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests to validate candidates' skills, ensuring they meet the high standards required for banking and fintech roles.
Talent Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for immediate and future staff augmentation needs within the banking sector.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates to ensure continuous access to top talent for temporary and project-based assignments.
- Position the company as an employer of choice for IT professionals in the banking industry, with a strong focus on staff augmentation, SAP roles, and service-related companies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting for IT roles within the banking or financial services industry, particularly for staff augmentation or contract positions.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, banking technology (including core banking systems, digital banking, fintech innovations, and cybersecurity), and programming languages.
- Experience in recruiting for Singapore-based banking clients,Consulting clients, SAP, and service companies, with a strong network within the region.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
