Marketing Executive - Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and coordinating site visits, and driving sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to engage potential customers.
• Explain project details and benefits to prospective clients.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful site visits.
• Persuade and negotiate with clients to close sales deals.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in real estate or sales preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
