Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Tele caller you will engage with potential customers over the phone, providing them with information about our residential projects and assisting in lead generation and conversion.

Tele callers will work in a target-driven environment and play a crucial role in promoting our projects.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our projects and generating interest.

Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our properties, pricing, and amenities.

Update customer interactions on CRM software in real-time. Identify potential leads and follow up with them via phone calls and also to collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.

Proactive attitude with a result-oriented approach.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
