RIA - Delivery Lead (5-10 yrs)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Delivery Lead with a strong background in SAP Utilities to join our team.

This role is critical to delivering innovative solutions that enhance utility processes, specifically within the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of techno-functional expertise in SAP Utilities, complemented by project management capabilities, and a track record of working on Tier-1 utility projects.

This position will initially be dedicated to supporting a key engagement with a prominent electric utility in the Southeastern United States, with the potential to expand into other client projects that utilize SAP as their primary billing platform.

The primary focus of this role is not on traditional SAP implementation but rather on the integration of solutions, including Enterprise Pricing Modernization (EPM), AI Copilots, and Next-Gen Reporting, aimed at optimizing and enhancing the meter-to-cash value chain within the SAP Utilities ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Delivery:

- Participate in daily stand-up meetings with client stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

Techno-Functional Expertise:

- Provide thought leadership and in-depth technical guidance to product leadership and engineering leads, helping them fully understand the complexities, functionalities, and capabilities of the SAP Utilities platform.

Client Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.

Product Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering leads to ensure that the solution's delivery aligns with client needs and expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Educational Background:

- Master's degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 university.

Experience:

- 5-10 years in a techno-functional SAP Utilities role, with significant involvement in the meter-to-cash process.

- Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation for a Tier-1 US utility.

Skill Set:

Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP Utilities platform.

Strong command of the English language with excellent interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate on innovative solutions.

Work Environment:

Must work out of our Pune office.
