National Sales Head - Project Sales/B2G - Construction Chemicals/Cement/EPC (20-25 yrs)

Location- Gurgaon

Industry - EPC, Construction chemical, Cement, Steel, Iron, Civil

Geography - PAN India (Must)

Qualification - B.tech (Civil)

Must have experience of managing Govt Sales/B2G/Project Sales

1. Be full responsible for leading Sales and BD teams.

2. Manage and control all aspects of the county's businesses.

3. Responsible for staying up to date on the current market trends and understand the market as well.

4. Must ensure the business is as per organisation credit policy to ensure a healthy cash flow and also be forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and gross margin.

5. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

6. To develop and mentor the entire Sales team towards professional growth and outperformance.
