Campaign Assistance: Contribute to the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, including monitoring and analyzing performance.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities to understand CRM best practices and tools.
Collaborative Projects: Work with various teams, including marketing, data analysis, and IT, to understand the integration of CRM in overall customer engagement strategies.
Compliance Awareness: Gain an understanding of data privacy regulations relevant to the GCC region.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A keen interest in CRM and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and their application in business.
Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
