Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation of Customer Engagement Platform projects from initiation to closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for GCC clients. Understand their needs, expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams including data analysts, CRM specialists, IT professionals, and marketing strategists. Ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Strategy Alignment: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that the Customer Engagement Platform aligns with the client s overall marketing strategy and business goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues that arise during the project.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and fulfill client requirements.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those related to data privacy in the GCC region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, preferably in a marketing technology or customer engagement platform setting.
Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with cross-cultural teams and GCC clients.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects in a remote environment.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings or team coordination (post-COVID restrictions).
