Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations comply with relevant data security and privacy regulations, particularly those applicable in the GCC region.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems integrations and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in system integration and propose improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in IT/System Integration, preferably in a customer engagement or marketing technology environment.
Strong technical skills with experience in various integration tools and platforms.
Knowledge of data security and privacy practices, with an understanding of GCC regulations being a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously
