Role & responsibilities

l Knowledge on Optical Sorter and its working philosophy

l Should have knowledge on camera alignment & calibration.

l Knowledge on sorter major components like CCD camera, Ejectors , LED background, and other electronic components in machine.

l Shall able to identify-quickly deviation in operation and fixing the same.

l Should be able to inspect the material and to be able to create new algorithms and programs .

l Shall be responsible for executing production plan as per schedule.

l Responsible for setting quality for different grade material.

l Have to be able to burn and update software to all electronic control and drives boards in the system.

l Shall able to communicate online with OEM engineers for any technical clarification

l Generating operation data capturing, documenting.

l Ensuring product quality with proper operation controls.

l Shall aware of safety work practice.

l Guiding and monitoring sorter operators.

l Shall able design maintenance plan and ensure effective execution.

l Shall able to identify, and repair components in sorter .( Ejectors, LED background, Switch mode power supplies etc,.)

l Ensuring operation and maintenance check list is implemented.

l Should be able to assemble & dissemble the electronic and mechanical parts of the sortex.
