Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline: Identify and nurture potential clients, build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Customer Engagement: Develop relationships with manufacturing, logistics, and agritech businesses to understand their automation needs.
3. Technical Sales: Present automation solutions effectively, demonstrating how they address client challenges.
4. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
5. Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the technical team.
6. Sales Closure: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth customer onboarding process.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to align product offerings with customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2-6 years in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales (preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or machine vision).
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automation systems, machine vision, conveyors, and sorting technologies.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
• Communication & Presentation: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Preferred: Experience selling to manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Other Requirements: Should have a 2-wheeler for commuting.

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹4-7 LPA
• Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad / Chakan, Pune
• Preferred Candidate Location: Chakan or Pimpri-Chinchwad
