Job Summary:
The Senior Recruiter (Non-IT) is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for non-IT roles within the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments. The role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of various industries, and expertise in using Naukri and other recruitment platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
Naukri Utilization: Leverage Naukri's database and tools to source, filter, and engage with potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Naukri database with accurate candidate information.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to ensure competitive hiring.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on non-IT roles.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in using Naukri, ATS, and other recruitment tools; ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred: Experience in recruiting for industries such as manufacturing, or finance.
Compensation:
Salary: Up to ₹3.75 LPA (Lakhs per Annum).
