Position Overview:

We are seeking an AI Data Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to primarily work on chatbot use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP). You will collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that improve the performance and capabilities of our chatbots.develop data models, and ensure the integrity and security of our data infrastructure.

What you ll do:

Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support chatbot applications.

Data Integration: Integrate diverse data sources (structured and unstructured) into data processing frameworks.

Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for machine learning models.

Model Training and Evaluation: Work with data scientists to train and evaluate machine learning models, focusing on NLP techniques.

Chatbot Optimization: Implement improvements to chatbot algorithms and architectures based on data analysis and user feedback.

Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of deployed models and pipelines, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, and product managers to align on project goals and deliverables.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices.

What we ll need:

• Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning projects.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, BERT).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in data engineering or cloud platforms.
• Experience with Chatbots: Prior experience working on chatbot projects or conversational AI systems.
• Advanced Degree: Master s degree in a related field is a plus.
