Service Trainer

Role & responsibilities:-

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing and implementing training programs for service department staff

2. Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure high skill levels across the service team

3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics

4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective collaboration and training integration

5. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and prioritize areas for improvement

Technical / Desired Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and components

3. Proficiency in developing technical training content and materials

IT/Software skills required: Knowledge of LMS software, MS office suite etc. is preferred

Behavioral Competencies desired: Strong leadership and team management skills, Excellent organizational and planning abilities, Patience, Adaptability
