Service Planning & CRM Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement service strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
2. Analyse service data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer support and operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resource allocation.
4. Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Oversee the management of CRM systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and effective usage across departments.
6. Manage and mentor a team of service planners and CRM specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
7. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align service initiatives with customer expectations and market trends.
8. Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and CRM effectiveness for senior management.
9. Ensure that technical publication prepared on time like Owners Manual, Service Manual, Training Models.

3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
4. Knowledge about Technical Publication Preparation.
