Job Description

Role: Key Account Manager Fleet

Reporting to: Business Head

Industry Type: Fintech & Lending

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Location: Delhi

Role Overview:

As Key Accounts Manager for fleet, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts within dedicated areas. Your role involves understanding the specific needs and requirements of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, and working closely with the business head, gathering and analysing market data. This position requires an individual to be initiative-taking, results oriented, energizing, and able to engage in many different activities and projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and building long lasting relationships with key clients which includes commercial vehicles OEMs, logistics, fleet operators.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with your clients.
  • Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas.
  • Meeting sales targets, monitoring and reporting those targets and sales action plan.
  • Analysing the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field from tier 1 B-School.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and key account management from any of these industries; logistics industry from mid mile/last mile, e-commerce deliveries, taxi operators, financial services companies and commercial vehicle fleet financing
  • Willing to work in unstructured, high growth and highly entrepreneurial environment
  • Should be self-starter and work independently
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to meet clients or attend industry events.
