Fleet Manager / Traffic Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Hiring and Managing truck drivers

2. Daily calls to clients and brokers for loading schedule and orders

3. Coordination with Drivers for timely loading and unloading

4. Daily tracking of all trucks

5. Issuing cash and diesel to drivers from fuel stations

6. Maintaining driver account daily, fuel and cash taken by drivers

7. Timely collection of weight slips and POD (proof of delivery)

8. Supporting repair team in job sheets and monitoring repairs

9. Supporting repair team for en-route repairs and other issues

10. Liaison with accounts team for collection of freights

11. Submission of daily and monthly reports
