About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team.
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles, from software engineers to data scientists and beyond.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Utilize a variety of tools and platforms (e.g , LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, Boolean search) to proactively source and attract top technical talent, including for hard-to-fill and complex roles.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and utilize appropriate screening methods to identify qualified candidates.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Focus on building talent pipelines for future needs.
- Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of overall recruitment strategies and develop thoughtful recruiting plans for specific roles or teams.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics.
- Use data and insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate source) and provide regular updates on progress to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally within a product-focused company.

Proven track record of successfully identifying and placing exceptional candidates in technical roles, especially in high-growth settings.
- Extensive experience recruiting for a wide range of technical roles (e.g, software engineering, data science, DevOps, product management).
- Openness to recruiting for non-technical roles as needed.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and technologies.
- Proven ability to build and execute effective recruitment strategies and develop comprehensive recruiting plans.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and find creative solutions to challenging hiring needs
