Job Description
- Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Tools, Alteryx, Python, AI tools , and other relevant applications.
- Collaborate with various teams within the accounting function to identify automation needs and help design appropriate solutions .
- Timely e xecution and completion of the identified automation opportunities .
- Provide technical support and training to accounting team members on the use and benefits of automation tools.
- Ensure that all automation solutions are tested thoroughly and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the latest automation tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Tools, Alteryx, Python, and AI tools .
- Good understanding of accounting functions and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and build appropriate automation solutions.
- Strong commitment to quality work and continuous improvement.
- Great team player with flexible working hours and style.
- Proficiency in AI-related technologies and tools, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Experience working in a finance environment or with financial processes.
- Proven track record of successful automation projects.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility in working hours and style to meet project demands.
