Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement features leveraging our state-of-the-art LLM, with a focus on optimizing the automation of healthcare provider notes
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and prioritize tasks that advance the companys strategic goals and enhance user satisfaction
- Engage in prompt engineering to refine and tailor the language models output, ensuring maximum relevance and accuracy for clinical applications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, advocating for best practices in software engineering
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets, applying machine learning algorithms to improve the functionality and intelligence of the application
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning, particularly in the development and application of LLMs
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software features in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address issues effectively in a complex and dynamic system
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with GPT
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and its role in fine-tuning LLM outputs for specific use cases
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, with the proficiency to clearly express technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in a healthcare-related technology field is a plus, particularly with familiarity in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical natural language processing (NLP) applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
