Required Skills Competencies: Technical Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, leading cross-functional projects.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) Large Language Models (LLMs) .
Proven track record of building, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production .
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch , and the ML development lifecycle .
Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights for executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex AI/ML applications.
Preferred Skills:
Banking experience with knowledge of Credit Cards, Retail Banking products, and Regulatory requirements .
Experience in cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools .
