AI / ML Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models for a variety of applications.
• Guide the AI/ML team in implementing best practices for model development, testing, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure AI solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and implement AI strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML models in production environments.

Experience -

• 5+ years of applied experience in AI and ML, with a minimum of 3 years leading cross-functional AI/ML projects that directly impact business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in Python, SQL & Data Analytics.
