Senior Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor logistics activities, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
• Optimise logistics costs and manage warehouse operations efficiently.
• Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts using accounting software & CRM
• Prepare Invoices, Receipts, Payments, and Manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and audits.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Preference

- Experience in Logistics Companies is preferred
