This is a typical LALA company where politics reigns supreme. Unqualified people take all the credit and make all the decisions. No policy is in place. Owner is one self obsessed low-esteem person who wants to control every person irrespective of their designation. Growth is not the objective but control through manipulative tacticsis. There are no clear SOPs and formal training modules. This is a Broker company that lies to all its clients. All the employees are Indian yet they operate under different American names to fool the clients. I wonder why nobody hasn't exposed this owner and his malpractices on LinkedIn yet. Owner is exploiting his manpower by making them do illegal work and it must be brought into notice of corporate community and authorities. As per purchase manager the person heading the sales is selling the deals to his clients directly from suppliers and then put the blame on other employees, but owner can't see it.
