Account Executive/Senior Account Executive(Australia)

Hello!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Australian Account Executive with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting our clients with their accounting needs. We have openings for both Senior Bookkeeper and Junior Account Executive positions.

Location:- Paldi, Ahmedabad

Shift timings:- Indian Shift

Key Responsibilities:

For Senior Bookkeeper:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable
  
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate record-keeping
  
• Assist clients with BAS (Business Activity Statements) preparation
  
• Provide guidance on compliance issues related to Australian accounting standards
  

For Junior Account Executive:

• Support senior accountants in daily tasks including data entry and report generation
  
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports under guidance
  
• Help maintain accurate client records within the accounting software
  
• Participate in client communication regarding queries or support requests
  

Qualifications:

For Senior Bookkeeper:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role (minimum 2+ years)
  
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation laws and regulations
  
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
  
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  

For Junior Account Executive:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with Australian tax regulations is a plus
- Eagerness to learn with good organizational skills
