Urgent Hiring for Below Roles !!!!!!

Role 1 : Area HR / Cluster HR (Executive / Sr. Executive)

Note: Candidates from Retail/FMCG/QSR Formats Preferable

Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end HR functions for a span of 20 to 30 stores.
• Visit to Stores daily as per the Pre/Monthly Journey Plan (PJP/MJP).
• Work towards increasing the channel of sources who provide manpower. Liaise with the NGOs who provide the skilled resources.
• Take care of employee joining formalities and onboarding process. Statutory updates.
• Monitor the PF, ESI enrolments & updates and support the employees with statutory concerns.
• Initiate one to one meeting with the employees at a frequency and understand the daily requirements and movements of employees. Handle the employee grievance as per the company procedures.
• Carry out the employee engagement activities as per the HR Calendar.
• Manage the payroll inputs (attendance management) and cater to the employee queries on attendance regularization/leaves while using the HR Portal.
• Maintain MIS and timely reports to Regional - HR as per the standard formats.

Role 2 : Regional Trainer (Sr. Executive / Asst Manager)- Male / Female - 4 - 8 Yrs Exp

• Take charge of designing and delivering impactful training programs, fostering employee development, and evaluating training effectiveness to drive performance.

Role 3 : CORPORATE HR - Female (Asst Manager / Dy. Manager) - 6 - 10 Yrs Exp

• Help shape our workplace culture, manage employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with HR policies.

MBA in HR is Required for all the Above HR Roles
