The role is with Global Business Integration & Transformation CFN (GBIT) to provide support to Customer Fulfillment Network (CFN) which is a 1500+ people strong organization in Customer Fulfilment Network (CFN). CFN is the core of GSG which interacts extensively with all other parts of GSG which are Customer Engagement Network (Phone and Chat Servicing Teams), Global Merchant Services and Commercial services.

Eligibility
The applicant should not be on level 2 or above PIP at the time of applying. The applicant should have a performance rating of G3L3 or better in the last review.
