Purpose of the Role:
Adherence to TPRM standards and AEMP 10 guidelines while managing ongoing relationship with the Bank s acquisition vendors
Monitor Vendor KPIs, KRAs and provide a robust and regular reporting to stakeholders
Monitoring of vendor expenses, contract renewals and act as point of contact between business and vendor to resolve operational events
Monitor the control performance of Third parties. Provide early warning indicator to business for any potential partner issue or control rating impact due to vendor non-conformance
Drive stakeholder involvement during contract negotiation and work closely with CFRO team to communicate cost trends
Proactively carry out comparative cost assessment of existing vendors and other potential market players to drive cost efficiency for business
Responsible to ensure that all open gaps and events are closed on time, reported and escalated
Report any partner fraud or potential gaming to AMEX stakeholder
Critical Factors to Success:
Manage to deliver within strict timelines and deliver strong results on schedule
Effectively integrate and align with internal business partners
Prioritize based on business need and urgency
Required Skillset & Experience:
Minimum of 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in Vendor Management
Outstanding project management skills with strong communication skills
Strong relationship management skills with ability to collaborate effectively with business functions
Ability to create impactful messaging for senior leadership through reports and decks
Strong attention to detail and superior organizational and follow-through skills
Knowledge of AXP policies and procedures related to Partner Management
