About the Team

The U. S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U. S. , including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U. S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The Consumer Banking organization is currently hiring an Analyst/Sr. Analyst who will be a member of the team responsible for developing analytics and customer experience insights across Savings & Checking products. The incumbent will use analytics while partnering across teams to shape the banking customers experience, inform the product roadmap, and provide lights-on data support for the organization. This critical role represents a unique opportunity to make an impact through innovative initiatives in the digital banking space.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsibilities

Support new feature launches through timely product engagement insights by joining customer, servicing, and digital clickstream data together.
Analyze and provide insights on customer penetration, profile, behaviors, and product feature adoption to inform banking acquisition & membership experiences roadmap.
Build business testing controls and support regulatory exams and audit requests.
Partner with a cross functional team - Product, Oversight, Digital, Fraud, etc.
Automate reporting and build self-service dashboards.
Conduct deep dives to understand trends, generate, and present actionable insights to partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen.
Self-starter with the ability to work on dynamic, innovative, and evolving initiatives in the digital banking space.
Experience manipulating and extracting insights from large and complex datasets.
Ability to translate analysis into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and present those ideas to varied audiences.
Strong programming skills in SQL/Python.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant analytics experience.
2+ years of product analytics experience.
Experience with digital data.
Strong relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
