Key Responsibilities:

• Write code/APIs for Java based application for real time application. Deliver technical solutions to problems identified and make architectural recommendations along with process conformance for incident, problem, change management, and compliance.
• Drive the resolution of problems by identifying the root cause and implementing architecture/code fixes.

• Analyze the existing technology environment and architecture, to develop technical/architectural recommendations to improve system/application performance and lead improvement implementation.

• Drive continuous improvement to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) and MTTD (Mean Time to Detection) on production impacts. Proactively address gaps with stability issues across infrastructure environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Java (API, REST, KOTLIN ) development experience in a complex environment, such as: large scale web infrastructure or development team.

• software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as: - Wide breath of engineering experience
  - Validated experience leading teams of engineers
  - Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing

• - Relational Databases: Oracle, DB2
  - NoSQL: Redis, Couchbase
  - Exposure to Cloud computing technologies
  - Compliance Domain knowledge and work experience a plus.

• - Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
  - Bachelor s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred

• Understanding of monitoring technologies including various logging frameworks and tooling.

• Engineering and Understanding of micros-service architecture, application system design scalable architecture.

Maintain and enhance monitoring framework (data collection, alert aggregation and enhance alerting logic).
