Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PL/SQL programming concepts and advanced proficiency in database management systems. As a Senior PL/SQL Developer, you will be
responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions to meet the organization's business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity and security.

Primary Skills : SQL / PL SQL,SQL/TSQL

Secondary Skills : Database Administration

Role Description :

- Database Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and optimizing database solutions that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements within the data engineering project.

Role Responsibility :

- Executes design sessions to gather requirements, review, approve, and communicate design artifacts with stakeholders.

1. Architecting and managing various data model associated with Relational DBs (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and optionally NoSQL DBs (Azure Cosmos, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).

2. Design, implementation and maintenance of database solutions, management of data access, and resolving database performance, capacity, and security issues.

3. Perform problem-solving of application issues and production errors, including high level critical production issues that require immediate attention.

4. Design and code a high volume of SQL queries, stored procedures, and maintenance of packages.

Role Requirement :

1. Proficient in basic and advanced SQL programming concepts (Procedures, Analytical functions etc.).

2. Knowledgeable in Shell / PowerShell scripting. Knowledgeable in relational databases, nonrelational databases, data streams, and file stores.

3. Knowledgeable in performance tuning and optimization.

4. Experience in Data Profiling and Data validation.

5. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation processes and performing unit testing.

6. Understanding and Implementing QA and various testing process in the project.

7. Sound aptitude, outstanding logical reasoning, and analytical skills.

8. Willingness to learn and take initiatives.

9. to adapt to fast-paced Agile environment.

Additional Requirement :

1. Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to support various business applications and processes.

2. Implement advanced PL/SQL programming techniques such as dynamic SQL, bulk processing, and exception handling to enhance application performance and reliability. Proficiency in Oracle Database technologies, including PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database Management tools.

3. Collaborate with business analysts, software engineers, and data architects to analyze requirements, design database solutions, and implement data models.

4. Optimize SQL queries, indexes, and database objects to improve query performance and overall system efficiency.

5. Implement and enforce data governance policies, data security measures, and compliance standards
to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

6. Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and database optimization techniques.

7. Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
