Job Summary: Person is responsible for business planning, analysis, and operations support. Also, manages the general accounting functions. Ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Responsible for the accurate and timely general ledger and period end closings as well as loading required data to HFM.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide analytical and accounting support to the business unit.
- Maintain General Ledger and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting.
- Responsible for general accounting functions - journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Produce and maintain full, accurate and timely accounting records, reports and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of fixed assets and inventory.
- Review intercompany transactions and monthly intercompany statements to ensure out of balances are under control.
- Administer and monitor accounting policies and procedures per Corporate Polices & Procedures.
- Oversight of the location ICQ certification and timely updates.
- Develop and maintain forecast and Presidents Operating Report (POR) on an annual/monthly basis and within the guidelines provided by the business unit.
- Prepare and assist in external & internal auditors as necessary.
Prepare and assist in preparation Tax Audit Report and Transfer Pricing Report as per India Tax regulations
- Support preparation of reports and statements as required for direct tax assessment.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

- ACA/ CWA with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles
- Willingness to work with strict deadlines
- Must have strong ethical standards
- Good analytical and decision making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with HFM is a plus
- Working knowledge in Oracle is desirable
