Business Development Manager- Export

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential markets for our products/services outside the domestic market.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and potential customers abroad.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international markets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners and distributors.
• Monitor and analyze international market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and business development activities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products/services globally.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Business Development for Export in Colour Masterbatch Industry OR similar.
• Comfortable for rigorous off-shore travel.
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a Positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.
• Have excellent connects & network with industry leaders and decision makers across the globe
