Senior Manager - Hydro Power Plant (Operation & Maintenance)

Key resonsibilities -

-To Head and manage the maintenance team for execution of complete maintenance of Power House including Electrical maintenance of Barrage, Surge Shaft and residential premises.
-Planning and execution of Plant maintenance
-Planning of maintenance budget and controlling the expenditure within the budget
-Materials Planning and Inventory management
-Implementation of safe practices in maintenance work
-Health assurance of equipment
-Planning and arrangement of resources To avoid delay in work execution
-Restoration of mahine To reduce the breakdown time
-Interaction with the contractors & vendors
-Ensuring the statutary compliances of maintenance department
-Technical development of team
-IMS implementation & adherence for Maintenance department
- SAP PM module implementation and adherence at site
- RCA and system upgradation/ modification as required

Location - Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand

Educational Qualification:
B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engg.

Experience:
20 to 25 years of experience in Maintenance of Hydro Power Plant including capital maintence/major maintenance works.
