Job Description:-

• Overall responsibility of Plant Maintenance of Block as maintenance head. • Monitoring/tracking of annual preventive maintenance schedule for all the plant equipment, as per procedure defined in SOP.
  • To monitoring/tracking of breakdown maintenance report
  • Monitoring of building maintenance schedule as per procedure defined in SOP.
  • Monitoring/tracking of breakdown trending of Plant equipment
  • To keep the production equipment in ready state for effective utilization.
  • To improvise equipment for process requirements and eliminate recurring breakdowns.
  • Co-ordination with suppliers/service providers for repairs and plant maintenance.
  • To maintain stock of recommended spares, consumables for critical equipment.
  • To submit daily, monthly and other periodical reports to department head related to engineering activities.
  • To maintain new equipment with in schedule time.
  • To ensure that hygienic condition is maintained in production area after maintenance job as per SOP.
  • To monitor proper work distribution to sub ordinates.
  • To maintain engineering documents as per GEP.
  • Any other work responsibility given by the management.
  • Monitoring/tracking of scheduling at regular intervals in IP24 for preventive once in 7 days.
  • Reporting will be to engineering head.
  • Responsibility of Engineering related all QMS document in QMS software.
