Job Description
- Formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximise ROI
- Resolve projects higher scope issues
- Prepare reports for Cadence meetings
- Track progress on projects and initiatives across various functions
- Organise workshops/ events and ensure participation
- Work on other departmental initiatives like newsletters, training hours, learning platforms, etc.
- Proven experience of 6+ years as a Program Manager or other managerial position (preferably in Consulting organisations)
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Good experience of storyboarding and insight generation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
- Candidates with experience of program management in EPC/ Manufacturing sectors will be preferred
- Top-tier business school
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving and liaising ability with other team members
