Job Description
- Lead development of digital products/solutions/use cases for various business functions like Asset Management, Commercial, Carbon, Manufacturing, EPC etc
- Discuss requirements with business teams and translate into problem statements
- Development of department wise roadmap and strategy for digital product development and use cases
- Create product roadmaps and implement the solution within timelines
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders involved in implementation of the solution
- Drive good data governance and adherence to digital SOPs
- Interact with data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers and effectively convey the desired solution design
- Lead a team of 5-10 business analysts & product manager, Team building and hiring
- Regular cadence with business function heads
- Internal - Asset Management, RenServ, Power Markets & Trading, Bidding, B2B, Manufacturing, EPC, Finance, RPDC
- External - Vendors
- Education - Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics/IT) + MBA (must)
- Experience Range - 10 to 15 years (At least 8+ years of experience in energy sector is a must)
- Good program management, Project planning & coordination skills
- Experience of working in cross functional teams
- Good IT skills - understanding different solutions and matching solutions to problems
- Experience of digital product management in renewable/ energy sector
- Participated in some Digital transformation/enablement exercise in an organization
- Understanding of work of Data Scientists & Data engineering roles is a plus
- Ability to communicate with cross functional roles is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills
- Should have led a team of 5 product owners/business analyst
- Ability to work as a self-motivated team player
- Has worked in large teams with an agile setup in the past
- Handle multiple projects across intra and inter-department teams
