ENGINEER (Upstream prototyping & 3d printing)

• Minimum 4 years of Working Experience in 3D printing an design using CAD tools (NX-UniGraphics/ NX-Ideas and 3D printing software's)
• Knowledge / working experience in New product development
• Knowledge of complete vehicle & vehicle architecture
• Knowledge in Product Design and drawings of wiring harness including circuit schematics
• Prototype development of vehicle components with suppliers
• Part replacements, swap tests, fitment trials.
• Perform dynamic tests in vehicle to give input to calibration and tuning.
• Record data using Data acquisition systems or tools like CANLYSER/INCA/DDT
• Supplier discussion and follow up for component development.
